Smoked Pork chops

Decided since I had the smoker going and did some meatloaf for lunch, I might as well smoke the pork chops for dinner. At .89lb pork chops sounded real good.

Looks like summer squash and/or zuchini Mork.

Your right its both and onions fried in a little butter and sprinkled with Kosher salt and pepper.
