Smoked Pork Belly Taco's

When I seen John, @JLinza do this I wanted to do it. I bought a belly and been sitting in the freezer. Finally got to it. I have done bacon but never smoked one. Wow is that good. So tender and delicious. If you have a HEB get that cheese. So good. That salsa from a local Mexican store is crazy good.
