Mainly posting to show the grill mats. They worked very good! Thanks David, @sandyut for the suggestion. These have nice big holes. I have tried several meatloaf recipes and I like the Mccormick's meatloaf seasoning mix. Mainly follow directions and add some onions. Mix bread with milk. Always turns out great. I started cutting my corn off the cob after nuking. Easier to season. Got one of those kernel removing tools and they work really good.

" Oh sorry you are only show for the grill mats. "

Well than I would lick the grill mats clean after cooking that beautiful meatloaf. LOL

We had lunch at a floating bar on the river in Parker Arizona.
Smoked meatloaf was Da Bomb! Smoked, sliced then grilled to put a bark on it.

I gotta get doing this down, Yumpin' Yimminy was it good.

Yall are killing me. I've been wanting to do some more meatloaf for a bit, and that looks fantastic. I am not familiar with that grill mat, however. I need to get one of those. Anyone got a link? Is it this? https://a.co/d/2bd6DzE

Looks great! I usually cook a meatloaf a couple times a month.

I use a pan with a rack to keep the mess down inside the cooker. I usually make mine with a combination of about 2 parts 80/20 ground beef to 1 part breakfast sausage, so they render a bit of fat in the cooking process.
