Meatloaf is a favorite of mine, and yours looks really good.

Nice....Like the Bacon "Cap" too. Wouldn't be much leftover for lunch the next day if mine looked that tasty. Good job.

Now that a nice looking Loaf! I just did one myself and it is so much better on the smoker!! Great Job!!

Smoked meatloaf is truly the best way IMO to cook meatloaf, nice job and nice first post. Keep up the good work.

I just read an article about the advantages of steel cut oats particularly with a meatloaf. I’ll use these with next cook.
