Great first post! It would be better if you posted your wifes recipe! We are food hogs here!

Yum!
I love meatloaf. Shh don't tell my wife she makes an eh meatloaf.

Noticed your wife's recipe doesn't list a bacon wrap.
Is that your upgrade for the smoker?

Meatloaf is a favorite of mine, and yours looks really good.

Point for sure
Chris

Nice....Like the Bacon "Cap" too. Wouldn't be much leftover for lunch the next day if mine looked that tasty. Good job.

Now that a nice looking Loaf! I just did one myself and it is so much better on the smoker!! Great Job!!

Hmmm A bacon wrapped meatloaf....NEW PROJECT!!

Smoked meatloaf is truly the best way IMO to cook meatloaf, nice job and nice first post. Keep up the good work.

Yes, I thought the bacon combined with the smoke flavor would work well together.

I just read an article about the advantages of steel cut oats particularly with a meatloaf. I’ll use these with next cook.
