Smoked meatloaf Sandwiches oh so good

Smoked meatloaf is the best. I usually do 6 at a time so that I have some left over for the freezer.
It is always good to have meatloaf sandwiches with lots of horseradish. When the kids hear from their mom that I am smoking meatloaf, they almost always manage to be here for dinner.

I never thought to do this with leftover ML. Sure will, next chance I get, though.
