What’s up everyone!!!!
Today I did a little experiment with Salmon.
I did a combination of grill/smoked salmon.
First I soak two cedar planks on apple juice for 3 hours, then I seasoned the salmon with a Brazilian rub (salt and garlic) with rosemary branches between the portions and slice lemon on the top.
I started grilling with sink down when it got crunchy I put the fish on the plank and let smoke on apple wood for 45 minutes.
Boy that salmon came out amazing!!!!
My parents wanted me to make that every first Sunday of the month !!!!
