I was not sure where to put this so I put in here in general. I made a pizza with smoked Gouda, Grannie smith apple, a blend of mozzarella and provolone, and a 9 inch pizza crust that we buy at restaurant depot.

I used the apple butter as the sauce.

Sliced up the apple and grated the Gouda. Then added some of the cheese blend.

I put it in the smoker at 250 for 30 minutes with some oak chips.

It came out great. Nice crispy crust. The taste of the apple and apple butter along with the smoked Gouda is incredible.

what you been smokin son????
LOL, Just a bunch of food. It may sound strange but it really is good. This is a take off of some a friend of mine made for a party. He is a chef and is always trying different combos of pizza for our cookouts. This turned out to be the favorite of all. I just did it in the smoker instead of in the oven.
