Smoked Goose Gravr?

My husband just smoked a wild goose with beer.  I now have a tray of beer & goose drippings.  Does anyone know if this can be made into a gravy or is it best tossed out?  Thanks -  HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!

I have been hunting geese for 30+ years and prepared them many many ways...My suggestion is to toss the drippings!
