Smoked eye of round

I was thinking about smoking an eye of round and using it in chili that I’m going to be working on. Has anyone tried it?

Do you have a grinder? Smoke it, then run through your largest grinder plate.

Looks fantastic! I'd gladly eat mine as a lettuce wrap...the first one anyways lol! 2nd one, could I have bread and big bowl of aujus? And if I was still young and eat like I used to a 3rd one on bread smothered in gravy...I don't mind using a fork!
