Smoked Cured Boneless Ham

Here be one a the hams I'm doin fer a customer fer Christmas. Cute little bugger eh? Only wiegh's 3 pounds, but there just be him an his wife. I'm hopin there happy with it.



Used my wet cure an then smoked it slooooooowwww over hickory an maple.
