Working upwards, I see Brown sugar, Black pepper, Paprika, Cajun(?), Cayenne, Mustard, Garlic/Onion powders and Salt.This is smelling good.
Yes.. all that was right.. one was some lemon pepper. Just a teaspoon or 2 of each.. or less, dark brown sugar was a 1/4 cup. Some season salt maybe added.. I just eyeball it all.. salt was over a teaspoon as was cracked black.. not muchLooking great so far, I love Chuckies.
