Smoked chicken

I got a kamado joe chicken stand for Christmas and this is my first time using it.

Very pleased, although it does really stretch the cavity opening.

Good point, I had just lifted the bird off and did not even think of it.

Very juicy. My sous chef (wife) carved it, even has a nice smoke ring
