A week was too long without a smoke.
Did up a chicken tonight. Absolutely mouth watering.

Cornbread and pork n beans as a side with Arrington Vineyards Raspberry wine.

I’m in pursuit of a cast iron skillet that will fit my 18.5” WSM. I’m going to do an over the top smoked chili soon.

I’ll also be doing a hickory smoked meatloaf.

Hickory wood. No brine. No rub. Straight from the grocer’s wetsack that it was purchased in, rinsed and removed the internals and put directly on the smoker.

Yes, I have a highly modified 18.5” Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker.
