Decided to throw some Drums on the Yoder tonight.  Just pulled them from the Fridge and smoked,  Used a little Bad Byrons Butt Rub on them.  Did them at 315 for and hour and 15 minutes.  I also ran the Amazen Pellet Smoker.  Both the Yoder and Amazen filled with Apple Pellets.  Extra smoke flavor and crispy skin can't beat it!

DB, morning....  Nice looking drums.....

One of my favorite go to meals when I'm running short on time.  I usally like to smoke them at 225-250 for an hour or so then crank it up to 300- 350 to crisp up the skin.  The addition of the Amaze-n Pellet smoker lets me get close to that flavor in about half the time.
