Trying a recipe i saw on a fellow members post here called " pork shots" . His / her post was back into 2011 but it looked good heres ghe members name SQWIB. I hope that he does not mind md trying brats. I mostly followed his recipe with small changes because i did not have the spices. Here they are i keep up the post today till they are done.

I make mine with brats. you will love it! the only problem with these is the 2 hours to make them and in 5 mins everyone eats them! lol

Bet them would be good dipped in teriyaki sauce or glaze.

Here they are. .2.5 hours in the smoke 225..yum they turned out pretty darn good. I flash fry them in a pan to get the bacon a little crisper.
