Since my friends took all the left-overs from the New Years smoke I had to make some burgers tonite

3lbs 80/20 with garlic,onion powder, worchesteshire, and a little moore's

Smoked @ 250º with lump and pecan



A little spicy mustard and some louisiana pork skins   Yummm.......

Thanks for checkin out my burgers (I've gotta get a STUFZ)
