Smoked Buffalo chicken pizza on the new pizza stone...

    Well I've been dying to try out my new pizza stone and I had some left over chicken breast that I smoked with applewood. Let the dough come to room temp (store bought fresh. Stretched to the roundest shape I could hope for (more of a square). Topped with smoked chicken tossed in my favorite wing sauce which comes from the Dollartree , some more hot sauce, fresh mozzarella, blue cheese and a little salt and pepper. Here she is ready for the oven:

    Thanks! It turned out pretty good but I had a little execution issue haha...don't think I put enough cornmeal on the peel and had some difficulty sliding it onto the stone, causing a piece of the crust to hang off the edge of the stone. The sauce and cheese on this piece of crust burned in the bottom of the oven. When I opened the oven smoke came pouring out haha set off the smoke alarms. But... The end result was good...
