Well I've been dying to try out my new pizza stone and I had some left over chicken breast that I smoked with applewood. Let the dough come to room temp (store bought fresh. Stretched to the roundest shape I could hope for (more of a square). Topped with smoked chicken tossed in my favorite wing sauce which comes from the Dollartree , some more hot sauce, fresh mozzarella, blue cheese and a little salt and pepper.
