Smoked beef short ribs with home made sauce.

Smoked these up..plus the ones i ate already,) on the mini and modified my PP finishing sauce to more of a tangy bbq sauce.

I live in Minnesota and have a hard time finding beef ribs because all the restaurants have dibs on them. Any one know where I can find some?
