My first attempt of curing and smoking a chicken using Pop's Brine.  I couldn't be happier with the results, some of the best chicken I have ever eaten.

You will not be disappointed!  I am still in shock how delicious it was after curing it.  Highly recommend.  If your not sure you will like it try a chicken first like I did.  I don't think I will do it any other way after tasting how delicious it is.
