I smoked a roast over the weekend on the gas grill. It was just under 3 lbs, and I smoked it for about 4 1/2 hrs. Till I got an IT of about 150F. Just used a bunch of spices I had for a rub, a little of this and a little of that. It came out very nice. SLice beautifully and tasted great. Everyone loved it. I can honestly say I don't think I've ever had a beef roast that I could slice like that. They usually come out stringy, like when done in a crock pot.

ANyways I want to try something a little bigger this weekend. Plus I ordered a Landsmann propane grill yesterday.

Sounds tasty but
