Thanks! The skin got a little dark, next year I'll keep a closer eye and tent the dark parts. Still the best turkey(s) I've done.
I am surprised that they could even catch that bugger, they run so fast , hard to hold 1 down to remove the head, lol

Well our 4 legged turkey's friend with no legs have us 2 smoked turkey breasts and 4.5 pints of canned smoked turkey.
Boiled the bones and skins and canned about 2 gallons of turkey stock.

We had to use store bought chicken stock for Thanksgiving dinner 😮‍💨 so I'm saving a half gallon to use fire turkey day 2023.
