Thanks Mike. I think the beer helps with crispiness. I have no science to back that up but I've been doing it for years on most poultry. It even adds a slight hint of beer flavor.Those wings look great Jake. I can tell how crispy they are just from the pics. Nice work. Does the spritz help with the crispiness? Just use whatever you drink. I normally use coors light or shiner bock because that's my drinking beer. This time I used sierra nevada pale ale because I had some left over from a cowboy queso I made for ChristmasThat's good enough for me, I'm gonna try that next time. What kind of Beer?
