I have been using my Smoke Vault 24" for a year or so but have never posted about. I converted it to natural gas using the manufacturer's instructions. Enjoy
I do clean the grates and bottom with the foil often as we can have roaches pop up quick and often in Southern California. I am surprised the door hasn't gotten darker though like most smokers. Another excuse to load more chunks.
Holy cow that smoker is spotless!
Although I've had my SV24 for several years, it really has a lot of buildup in it.
I wire brush the loose stuff off occasionally, but it's been a great smoker.
It's been a few years since I have bought this smoker, and I have used it a bit more. Here is the smoker after being pressure washed "clean" recently. I couldn't be happier with it. I have never had an issue with anything except covers not lasting in the sun.
