smoke time on a fatty

Looking at all of these posts of fatty's with qview I'm going to have to try one . about how long does it take and what temp ?

Ken hit the nail on the head...Mine take between 2 and 2.5 hrs with a pit temp at 230

I'll fall in line with these guys. Run mine at 250* till the internal hits 162*. Average about 2 1/2 hours. Depends on the weather some too. You won't be sorry you made a fatty. Well maybe you will, they become very addictive!

Mine take about 2hours, internal temp of 165..............smoker set to 225 to 250.......... You will love them...........
