Good Day to you all...I have a problem with my propane smoker. It is a Smoke Hollow ...yes it is a hand me down till I find something better.
The smoker has 2 burners/bars and I use both when smoking. One of the burners lights up fine and then after a while just goes out. This is very frustrating
trying to maintain a certain temp. I have cleaned the burners and the valves/jets. This is still happening. Is it possibly the regulator?.. The other burner works just fine..Thanks for any suggestions

Could possibly be a bad regulator, I've had it happen with propane cookers.
Are you opening the tank valve first?
This, too. Modern propane tank valves have a safety built in that limits flow if they detect a leak. To reset it, turn the tank valve off, then open the burner valves to purge the system. Close the burner valves. Now open the valve on the tank slowly with the burner valves shut. Now attempt to open the burner valves and light it.
