Hey everyone.
Just want to take this opportunity to tell everyone something that most of you already know -- this place is GREAT!!
I had three racks of baby backs all rubbed and ready to cover for the fridge overnight when, lo and behold, I discovered we were out of Saran Wrap.
I figured I could use foil but it seems like EVERYONE uses Saran Wrap so I thought I'd better check first.
Logged on to SMF and, as usual, found helpful people in chat who said it would be okay. Thanks ronp. (I could have posted a message and waited for a reply but I am impatient by nature.)
SMF to the rescue again. Now that's service.
