I'll just let the photos speak. A 50/50 mix of wagyu beef and Italian sausage rolled around goodness, coated in panko to a delicious crispy creation.

Topped with fine cheese.

Made a Sammy along the way...

It was very good, the outside was crispy and the middle gooey. All of the herbal from our garden.

Congrats to the winner.
