Here is my take of smash burgers. Sorry, I didn't take any build pics. But here is the money shot! These are double smash burgers with cheese,bacon, red onions, lettuce, tomato, and my pickle chips. With a side of onion rings. Along with a bottle of Stella. Great dinner!

Thanks, my stove is a 5 burner. The center burner is for either a large grate. Or you can remove the grate. And put in the flat plate/griddle that came with the stove. It's heavy CI. And works great. The beef was normal 80/20 with SPOG added. Thanks for the like as well!
