The one link I took to a friend's place went over really well this afternoon, so I'm pretty sure pop and my uncle will like it.
The hot paprika, mustard seed and pepper really goes well together. I think I'll mix a batch up and stuff it into some sheep casing or 19mm collagen soon. Should be some good snack sticks.
