I originally lashed up a small smoker from an old metal first aid cabinet . now I have found the problems with that I have made a simple small smoker out of plywood . This can manage 6 rabbits at a time or a similar number of fish , I tried it out with some thin strips of topside of beef using Apple wood .

It came our really well .

All I now need to do is play around with some marinades and rubs .
