h2so4ca Meat Mopper Original poster Dec 15, 2013 174 127 Seattle WA Apr 26, 2014 #1 photo.jpg h2so4ca Apr 26, 2014 Last night I put a small 3.5 lb pork butt in the smoker at around 1 in the afternoon. Smoked it over hickory wood for 6 hours to an IT of 205 deg then let it rest for 2 hours and pulled it for dinner at 8:00 pm. Damn that was one fine tasting pulled pork sandwich.
