Small fans

Anyone use a small fan in there smokehouse? I plan to install a stove hood fan in mine. Figuring it will help cook everything more even.

Grainger has these small fan motors and blades and motor speed controllers.... the motor, with the long shaft, can be mounted outside the smoker body.... that should lengthen the life of the motor... with the motor speed control, the "wind speed" can be adjusted...

Google muffin fan these are fans used for cooling electronics. Cooling fan for PC may work also.

Would the muffin fans hold up to the heat of inside the smoker. I like the idea of mounting the motor on outside with the motor from Graingers.
