so I bought 5 lbs of sliced pork belly for 7$ I took it and put it in pops brine for two weeks. Now I could smoke it and make bacon but I want to do something better.. I was thinking about grinding it with some ground beef and make sausages or maybe an awesome fatty. What should I do??
 
Ground beef burgers would be great. Sausage too.

I can see now you didn't buy enough.
 
I’m thinking cut off the skin grind it with 85% ground beef. And the add fennel and spg then make a fatty with broccoli and cheese. On the smoker.. sounds like a plan?
