LOL, yes'sir two kinds of taters!
We all love our taters, and having my fave SiL visiting meant going All-in cause taters are her favorite food.
I thought about doing Pommes Pave too as a third, but not enough room in the fridge to prep them.

That slaw is good, side dish, lite cold lunch on a hot day or even almost as a Dessert.

No room in the fridge, with the cooks you do, I am surprised you do not have 3 or 4 fridges lol.
