Got a nice roast on sale at one of our stores this week. Sirloin tip, good quality, decided to give it to the Ugly drum. Approx. a four pounder. Rubbed, let sit for a few hours, and started in the drum at approx. 350 Deg., a couple of hickory, sticks shut down the vents, let it go a couple of hours, 135-140 int. temp. Wife likes well, the rest like medium. Came out perfect!
The Drum Rules!!
