Bought some beef labeled sirloin tip roast thought why not. Put it on the smoker at 225 until IT 135 and let rest 10 mins. Was juicy. Had some tough connective tissue still very good but had to choose the pieces right. Need to buy a slicer. Or get better with the knife.
 
Haha! Points for a good go! I got a slicer for Christmas and enjoy it! Always more toys out there!
 
It looks perfectly done, but your right you need a slicer.

They are much better very thinly sliced!

Yup, it's now officially on my list. Just bought a chest freezer next up is a vacuum sealer, then the slicer. According to the boss aka wife.
