Almost everyone completly and totaly wraps their fatties tight with bacon. I love bacon, but I just couldn't do it. I'm making a fatty tomorrow. I may put a slice or two of bacon on top of it, or perhaps inside but very close to the surface, and set it so that the bacon is on top while it's smoking. Man, you can really run the Chloresterol and Triglycerides off the scale eating some of this stuff...... Once in a while is fine, but it's easy to start eating this stuff all the time.
 
If you want to grow a few, look for the TAM II Jalapeno - some nurseries carry it or can get it. It is a hybrid jalapeno, 2-4" long, but with much less capscacin. All the jalapeno flavor, a lot less heat. I have several plants int he seedling stage right now, along with several other varieties of peppers.
 
Man no kidding on that, my wife is really on a strict diet so I gotta be extra careful what I feed her.

And since the page changed so fast after my last post, I gotta say again, you guys gotta try overnight marination with 50% liquid terryaki and 50% pineapple juice, then BBQ the steaks, it's REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD
