I use my sweetbread starter that I got many years ago from a fellow on another forum. It is said to have come from Germany.
You can make the bread using any starter I would imagine.
1 1/2 cups of warm water
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 Veg Oil
teaspoon of Salt
6 cups of KA Bread Flour
I bake my bread at 300°F for 35-40 minutes
I use a instant read therm and pull them out when the internal temp is 205°F
