That sauce is amazing!!  I made it with honey add added just a couple TBSP of apple cider vinegar for that tang.  It was perfect!  I think it would be deadly on pulled pork!!
Oh Yeah...It's great!...I just Double the original recipe and add the De-fatted Meat Drippings and additional Apple Cider, if needed, to make the PP wet but not soupy. The nice thing about the Foiling Juice is, it's a great base that you can Jazz up, tangy, spicy, whatever, to you and your guests liking...JJ
