Shoulder time, finally

Been a while since I've had enough time to do anything but quick smokes.  Have a 9 lb shoulder trimmed, rubbed with evoo, ShooterRick's Snakebitten Rub and injected with apple juice, spiced rum, lime juice and a bit of the rub.  Smoking using hickory.

Plateau time, stuck at 160*.  I've given it an hour, about to take out some frustration on it.

  Will flip it over and around, seems to break the plateau.
