Sherry and Onion Pork Loin

They seem to skinnier and around 3-4 pounds around here. A 10 pounder would need a huge crock pot.

The Loins I get I usually cut in 3 pieces, about 10" long each, for Canadian Bacon.
Here's one you can see was 11.24 LB, made Great CB:
