I trimmed 'em, rubbed 'em and got everything ready for a great smoke today. But i woke up sick as a dog, and there is no way i can do it.
How long do ribs last in the fridge? I threw away the package, so i dont know the date.
I bought them last weekend, and they were in the cryopack. Even if i bought them on the "sale by" date will they still be good next weekend?

With the ribs rubbed and wrapped in saran wrap I would personally partially freeze them and if you have a vacuum sealer ,foodsaver the ribs and freeze till a later date. Hope you are feeling better soon.

I would get them on the cooker, they may be "hammy" if you wait too long.

Depending on what is in your rub, your gonna end up with HAM, smoke em soon as possible!!

I'm going to try to get the wife to do it. I just dont want her to realize how easy it is

btw, what would cause it to be 'hammy'? Salt?
