Sheep casings .

Got my first order of sheep casings yesterday . Haven't opened them up yet . I was going to rinse them and store them wet like I do hog casings , or is this not a good idea ?
I ask because I read about how tender they are , and didn't know if doing them that way would make them to soft . Bought from TSM .

I store the same as hog. Salted in water.

Cool , yeah I wasn't sure . Never used them before . That's the only way to do it in my opinion . Works great .
