Yes sir. Those were some beef ribs I picked up from Costco . I sure do love me some ribs

All looks great, but that pizza…boy oh boy!

Thank you. I got the pizza oven attachment for the pellet pooper and that was the first time using it. We did a bunch of pizzas that day but not knowing enough to make sure excess flour was not on the dough when put on the stone made it a learning experience for sure. Can't wait to do it again and try to not burn the flour next time.
