Grant me the strength and serenity to look past the mistakes of the woman who used my clean, shiny smoking racks to cool chocolate chip cookies. Allow me to forgive the fact that they were left dirty, sitting upon a table in the back room. Grant me the ability to forgive the transgressions of she who only today, as I am preparing to smoke salmon, remembered the racks were dirty...and now is allowing me the honor of cleaning them....AGAIN. I ask as a reward for my forgiveness, I am blessed with delicious salmon to snacketh upon...
