Now that I've got your attention- I thought it would be fun to see all the cool smokers out there.Might be fun for new people especially to see the great variety. So why don't we show what we got? Nothing is too big or too small to show off, they're all cool-I have a MES 30 and love it! So post pics of your unit (smoker,that is :-) and show me what you got! Thanks,David.

That is cool. I love the top on it. That was a nice addition I may have to do myself (I hate setting things on top of mine).

I would like to see more pictures of the building covering your grill/smoker.

Link, here are the pics I promised.

I had a roof covering 8 feet of the deck across the back of my house. I added 2 4x4s to extend the roof 10 feet to cover the new kitchen.

Built tile counter top on 2x2 frame to match kitchen counter top, really handy for putting food on for wrapping, temp check ,etc, while temp probe is still in food.

Do you have an enclosure now, or are you looking to build one?

That is really nice. I do not have anything covering where my grill/smokers are but would like to do something this summer. I keep mine in the back yard away from the house but would like to put a roof over them this year.

Thank for the ideas.
