Service for my MES30

I had a minor issue with my 5 year or so old MES30. I pm'd MBTechguy just to ask some advice on what I could do to correct it. Within a few days I had a brand new part at no cost for my smoker. I wanted to make sure I gave him and his company a public thank you for his professionalism and going above and beyond in my book. Thanks Darryl!
