Has Anyone ever Smoked a serloin tip? I was given one today and I'm trying to figure out what to do with it.

Sirloin tip is a good cut, not as tender as top sirloin, but its more tender than say a round roast.  You can smoke it, to a rare or medium level of doneness (130*-150* IT), depending on your preference.  Its not appropriate for pulling, just slicing, hope this helps.  Good luck and good smokin'.
