Semi old but New

Signed up with smoking in mind.

Have smoked in the past but only jerky, now it's time to move on to other wonderful eats. Doing a 14Lb turkey on Saturday, hoping it turn's out as good as the jerky. Wife and daughter loved the jerky including others that tried it, unfortunately it did not last very long.

Have a MES 30 Gen 1 I believe, 20070409

Located 10 miles north of downtown Reno in the foothills @ approx 5000Ft, area referred to as the North Valley's.
